All prices shown are INCLUSIVE OF VAT at 20%.
We are not currently required to be registered for VAT, and therefore we cannot supply a VAT receipt with your purchase.
Products containing nicotine will not be sold to those under the age of 18.
By making a purchase of an electronic cigarette starter kit, refill cartridges, cartomisers, refill e-liquid ("Juice") containing nicotine, or any other applicable products, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age, and are not making a purchase for or on behalf of a minor.
We reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction based on our sole discretion, where we reasonably believe that the purchaser is under 18 years of age, or is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

You will normally receive your purchases within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of cleared payment.
Any new items that we sell will usually have a minimum of 12 months warranty. However:
Electronic cigarette vaporizers, and all the batteries we sell, are semi-consumable products. Their lifespan will be affected according to a number of factors, including intensity of usage, method and frequency of charging, and conditions of storage. Therefore we can only replace these items if they fail within 30 days of receipt by you.
You MUST complete the Product Returns Form in order to obtain an RMA number before you return items to us. We cannot process any returns without an RMA number.
You may return any items that you purchase from us, at any point. However, we can only provide replacements or a refund in the following circumstances:
Faulty items - We will replace or refund where a product or part is received with a fault, or develops one within the warranty period. We may have to ask you to return the product or part to us for inspection and testing. We will refund your purchase price and return postage paid where a fault is found. Should no fault be found, we reserve the right to refuse to refund, or to proportionally decrease the amount refunded.
Items not wanted - Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a 7 day "Cooling Off Period" from the day following the date of receipt, during which time you may examine any purchases made online. If you decide within this period that you do not wish to keep the items, you may inform us that you are cancelling the contract, and return the items in a timely fashion. We will refund your payment in full within 30 days (usually within 2 days of receipt of the returned item/s). You are responsible for the safe return of the items, and must pay for the return postage. When we are required to recover the items we will deduct the cost of this from any refund. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the items before they are returned, and if goods are returned damaged, dirty, used or with missing parts we may decrease any refund proportionately.
Exclusions to the Distance Selling Regulations: Due to health and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of any cartridges, cartomisers, vaporisers, mouthpieces or disposable electronic cigarettes, except where they are still sealed in their original packaging.
If at any time during the course of a transaction a face-to-face meeting takes place, for instance you collect items from us in person, the Distance Selling Regulations will no longer apply.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Item not received, or received damaged?
Proof of postage is obtained for all consignments. In the event of loss of or damage to items purchased, we may require you to complete a claim form and in some cases take photographs of damaged products - or return them to us. Return postage will be refunded to you in all cases of damage caused in transit.
You must let us know as soon as you receive your item/s if any damage has occurred in transit. Please retain all packaging.
Please contact us if your item has not arrived after 7 days. Due to Royal Mail rules, items are not officially considered to be lost until 15 working days after the date of despatch. However we will not normally make you wait as long as this before we send a replacement or process a refund.
You must cooperate with us in any loss or damage claims arising against third party delivery companies. Failure to do so will result in delays, and may mean that we are not able to send out a replacement item or process a refund.
